Fetch won't load in Revit, or keeps asking you to sign in
Get the Fetch tab to appear on the Revit ribbon and stay signed in to the Fetch plugin.
Fetch pluginRevit 2023–2027Updated
Check the basics
- Fetch works with Revit 2023 to 2027.
- Close every Revit window, then install the latest version of Fetch. See Install Fetch.
- Open Revit. The first time, Revit asks whether to load Fetch: choose Always Load. Fetch is signed by Southwest Solutions Group. If you chose Do Not Load by mistake, close and reopen Revit and it asks again.
- Look for the Fetch tab on the ribbon.
If the Fetch tab doesn't appear
- Install it as yourself. Fetch installs for one Windows user. Whoever uses Revit runs the installer while signed in to their own Windows account.
- Run the installer again and let it finish. It also installs Microsoft Edge WebView2, which Fetch needs.
If it keeps asking you to sign in
- Confirm your email. See Didn't get the confirmation email.
- Check your network. Your company network may be blocking Fetch's sign-in. Ask IT to allow the addresses in Deploy Fetch for your team.
