52 Total Openings Laminate Smart Locker is a 52-opening electronic-latching parcel locker bank for centralized package exchange and recipient pickup. Its 52 small doors are arranged across nine laminate smart parcel locker components in a 13 ft wide × 2 ft deep × 6 ft 4 in high bank, providing a defined package-storage run where a higher count of small openings is needed without extending to a larger locker wall. Use this configuration in apartment and condo lobbies, retail pickup areas, mail locations, and other shared package-storage points. Designated users place packages in the lockers; recipients receive a text or email notification that an item has arrived and a unique access code for retrieval. This supports a documented handoff point rather than leaving packages at a desk or unsecured pickup area. The bank includes one 15 in touchscreen with a wireless barcode scanner and is identified as ADA. Coordinate one 110V connection within 10 ft of the touchscreen, with a dedicated 110V, 20-amp circuit preferred, plus an RJ-45 network drop for internet access. Allow at least 2 in of clearance between the locker bank and wall, and avoid a soffit above the lockers for access. Download the free Revit family.
Physically, the smart locker systems consist of a bank of modular lockers with one of the lockers dedicated to housing the system hardware and power supply. A typical bank of parcel lockers is comprised of columns, with each column consisting of either six small lockers per column, a mixture of five or six small and medium lockers per column or two large lockers per column. Each column features a proprietary locking raceway that incorporates the required number of smart locking devices for the number of lockers in each column. Electronic locker systems are available in a variety of finishes to complement or match the environments in which they are installed.
