Additional options such as ADD_Headboard, ENTER_Number of Drawers, or similar parameters can be found under the Construction category in the properties browser; the prefix at the start of the parameter name will give you a clue as to how to use it. Every Fetch generic model includes a high-quality PBR texture ready to perform in nearly any render engine with minimal fuss. To visualize the model with another material, input the new finish material in the MAT_Laminate parameter.
