76 Total Openings Employee Shared Use Lockers is a 76-opening shared locker bank for employees who need reservable personal storage during a workday or workweek. The 201-inch-wide laminate configuration combines 12 Adder with Access Laminate Smart Parcel Locker units with one Kiosk with Access Laminate Smart Parcel Locker, providing a larger shared-use bank for business break rooms, offices, and campus support areas. All 76 doors are small openings, suited to employees storing personal bags and backpacks rather than assigning a dedicated locker to each person. Employees and guests can reserve a locker for a scheduled period through remote management software and an app. When their reservation is available, users receive access by code, barcode, or RFID scan; the appropriate door opens for that user. This helps facilities share a fixed locker bank among changing shifts, visitors, or hybrid staff while keeping access tied to each reservation. One touchscreen supports the 76-opening bank. Plan for a 110V connection within 10 feet of the touchscreen and an RJ-45 network drop for internet access; a dedicated 110V, 20-amp circuit is preferred. Allow at least 2 inches between the locker bank and wall, and avoid placing a soffit above the lockers so the system remains accessible. Download the free Revit family.

Smart lockers allow employees to have secure locker storage while reducing the amount of floor space for lockers on campus by having personnel share locker space. Users can reserve a locker online or in an app for a block of time that can only be accessed by them for as long as they need it. When a employee's reserved locker is available, they will be automatically notified via text, email, or app notification and can then access their locker at any time with the supplied code or barcode. Locker systems can be infinitely expanded to fit any size campus size. Locker units can be installed indoors or outdoors with the optional canopy to protect from rain and weather. Temperature-controlled lockers can also be added to any parcel locker configuration to provide convenient heated or cooled compartments.

Physically, the smart locker systems consist of a bank of modular lockers, with one of the lockers dedicated to housing the system hardware and power supply. A typical bank of parcel lockers is comprised of columns, with each column consisting of either six small lockers per column, a mixture of five or six small and medium lockers per column, or two large lockers per column. Each column features a proprietary locking raceway that incorporates the required number of smart locking devices for the number of lockers in each column. Electronic locker systems are available in a variety of finishes to complement or match the environments in which they are installed.
