Automatic Pallet Retrieval System - Double Aisle
This specialized gantry crane can allow a single operator to retrieve and store pallets safely from a double aisle of pallet racks without using a forklift. The lift arm allows pallet racking to be spaced closer together, maximizing storage potential while minimizing required floor space and travel time.
Family Design
This family is intended to be used with the Modular Pallet Rack family, as the gantry is designed to sit directly on top of the rack. To use this family, insert it into your project from the Fetch app and click to place it in your project. The easy-to-use parameters are in the properties window while the family is selected. Use the parameters to choose your desired pallet size, number of bays, and shelving height to automatically size the system to fit your shelving configuration. Use the align tool to snap the shelving units to the strong references in the gantry family to ensure proper aisle spacing. The maximum capacity can be adjusted using the ENTER_Max Capacity Number parameter and will automatically scale to the capacity limits set.
